General QA Engineer (ServiceWebSite team)

We are providing the highest standards of web-applications development and quality assurance.

ServiceWebSite - our core platform for product configuration that is using different types of integrations (Telephony, Web & Mobile applications, Analytics portals, 3rd party services, etc.). Working with a strong focus on integration and regression testing, in addition to manual testing we develop and maintain automated tests to ensure product features coverage & consistent quality.

We’re looking for a skilled professional to help us uphold and enhance these standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain of the quality assurance process, awareness of testing processes and methodologies;

  • Develop and execution test plans and test cases;

  • Conduct functional, integration and regression testing;

  • Report product bugs and environment issues, track them to closure;

  • Create and support documentation of working processes;

  • Develop automated test scripts, update and refactor existing ones, fix related problems;

  • Analyze test automation daily reports, and reports during regression period;

  • Work closely with Development and other teams to clarify requirements and enhance overall working processes.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing;

  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test case design, and defect reporting;

  • Knowledge of technical stack including Selenium, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CI tools like Jenkins;

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document processes and work effectively in a team-oriented environment;

  • Intermediate level of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is a plus.
