Our Global Continuous Integration team is responsible for high availability of the testing environments with regression automation tests for cPBX Releases and Security Patching Releases at RingCentral.
The team is integrating the CI/CD tools for cover by automation testing to the products of the company. We are working with the build infrastructure, deployment systems, perform and analyse different groups of tests, and analyze monitoring data with escalation problems to other departments.
We are collaborating with development teams to increase stability of automation tests and take more coverage of code of the services.
You are going to
Maintain CI/CD processes;
Improving daily activities for process automation;
Analyze results of automated tests;
Debug and reproduce a failure of the automated test;
Deploy, update and maintain test environments;
Document defects, look for ways to reproduce and verify fixes;
Analyze software logs for services of errors;
Analyze monitoring data.
Our expectations
3+ year experience in server software testing;
Understanding the quality assurance process, awareness of testing processes and methodologies;
Ability to work with functional and non-functional requirements;
Programming with using languages: java, groovy, python;
Experience in distributed systems testing;
CI/CD;
Proficiency in Linux operating systems (CLI, shell scripting);
Tools: GitLab, Jira, Wireshark, Jenkins, SQL, MongoDB, Ansible, Grafana;
Russian language B1;
English language for reading and writing technical documentation and solving issues with other departments.
