Java tech lead (SRE).

We are looking for a Tech Lead or Sr. Engineer to manage 2 products.

Our first product is CMDB (Configuration Management Database) - a high-load inventory system with high fault tolerance, including a graph database and a set of services that allow storing and combining aggregated data from various sources belonging to different teams. Currently, we have several dozen sources and tens of millions of records in the database.

Our second product is Vault. It is responsible for password rotation on hosts and certificate issuance. We are one of the key links in various SRE and OPS processes.

In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and leadership to drive the delivery of our amazing products.

Responsibilities:

  • Personally participate in code development and review.

  • Develop designs for new projects and provide technical guidance.

  • Stay abreast of the latest technological trends and propose innovative approaches. Participate in research projects and experiments to improve technical processes.

  • Active participation in incidents resolution.

  • Suggestions for improving product stability and monitoring, data quality.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in developing commercial server applications in Java (JavaEE, JavaSE).

  • Experience with Spring framework, Spring Web and Spring Boot.

  • Experience with GraphQL

  • Confident knowledge of object-oriented methodology and design patterns (OOD Patterns).

  • Experience with NoSQL. Ideally - a graph database. 

  • Understanding modern containerization/orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).. Experience using Amazon AWS.
