Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to users.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Manage access rights and create system users.
Work with OS: Windows, Linux, MacOS.
Configure network equipment.
Manage Active Directory, including group policies and security groups.
Develop documentation and processes for building and maintaining systems.
Participate in the incident management process.
Our Expectations:
Over 3 years of experience as a Support Engineer or System Administrator.
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, or any other scripting languages).
Strong networking knowledge.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Upper-Intermediate or higher English communication skills.
