HelpDesk IT administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • Manage access rights and create system users.

  • Work with OS: Windows, Linux, MacOS.

  • Configure network equipment.

  • Manage Active Directory, including group policies and security groups.

  • Develop documentation and processes for building and maintaining systems.

  • Participate in the incident management process.

Our Expectations:

  • Over 3 years of experience as a Support Engineer or System Administrator.

  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, or any other scripting languages).

  • Strong networking knowledge.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English communication skills.
