We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to join the Operations Intelligence team. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining UIs of our monitoring systems, preparing requirements for the backend APIs, and discussing details with end customers. Our team focuses on providing accurate operational insights into the system, spanning from the collection and storage of metrics and logs to the correlation of alerts and their presentation.
Responsibilities
Support, improve, and develop existing teams’ UI projects.
Build requirements for the backend APIs
Participate in the design of new features, enhancements, and new systems.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate monitoring solutions into the software development lifecycle and operational processes.
Maintain the documentation
Skills
Proven experience as a Frontend or Fullstack developer of 3+ years.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with modern libraries and frameworks (React, Redux)
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Understanding the monitoring domain and SaaS approaches would be a plus.
Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks would be a plus.
Experience in implementing and operating monitoring systems in large-scale, heterogeneous, and fast-growing environments would be a plus.
Ability to work in a diverse multicultural environment, communicating with globally distributed teams.
Customer-centric mindset.
Team player with self-start ability.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Preferable technology stack
Programming languages: JavaScript/TypeScript.
Would be a big plus: GoLang, Python (and overall experience in backend development)
Containerization: Docker.
Qualification
B.S in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of related experience
