We are looking for a second designer to join our team responsible for the company's internal and external communications. The main goal of the team is to maintain and strengthen employee loyalty to the company. You will work with several brands.
Our team organizes professional and entertainment events, creates textual, graphic, audio, and video content, develops the internal corporate portal, manages social media accounts, and ensures the beauty and functionality of our offices. To support these tasks visually, we need a responsible and communicative designer who enjoys a variety of tasks and has relevant experience.
Our company is involved in developing the RingCentral communication platform for business. We have over 400 employees, with 90% being programmers, QA, and DevOps engineers. Our offices are located in Tbilisi and Batumi.
Responsibilities:
Visual support for websites and social media.
Branding for company events and special projects.
Design and layout for promotional and informational materials, including printed media.
Graphic design for presentations.
Creation of branded merchandise.
Maintaining and developing the company’s corporate identity.
Occasional photo/video shooting and video editing.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Ps, Ai, Id) and Figma.
Knowledge of layout and typography principles, with prepress experience.
Skills in video editing software and basic knowledge of After Effects.
Attention to detail, responsibility, and multitasking ability.
Strong communication skills and ability to discuss and negotiate ideas.
Impeccable sense of taste and style, tracking design trends, and willingness to share insights with the team.
A portfolio and readiness to complete a small test assignment.
Would Be a Plus:
Knowledge of English.
Interest in and willingness to develop skills in photo and video content creation.
Experience working in an IT company.
